What is The Paper Concierge?
The Paper Concierge gives you the opportunity to open a stationery and invitation business out of your home. You can find customers through your neighborhood, friends, and family, and sell the top-selling invitations and gifts from the leading stationery manufacturers.

How Does It Work?
There are several ways a Paper Concierge can sell products; you will have your own "web store" where your customers can shop 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can send personal shopper emails directly to your customers and they can view and purchase them directly from your email. You can also hold home parties where you use your easel (with hundreds of products and styles) and samples to display your products.

In order to get started, you'll need to purchase the Concierge Startup Kit for $175.

What Is In The Kit?
The Concierge Startup Kit includes the easel display binder. The binder contains hundreds of products and style options that are also available on your website.

You'll also receive the following personalized products and samples (valued at more than $150):

In addition to the easel and samples, your $175 startup fee also includes your personalized website (yourname.paperconcierge.com) your own email (yourname@paperconcierge.com), and a website personalized for you. As soon as payment is received, we will send you access to the ordering system, email and your website.

How much money can I make?
Paper Concierge's receive commission on all sales, through your personal website. The commission you earn ranges from 25% - 30% and depends on sales volume. You may also choose to sponsor others on your team, which will significantly increase your earnings.

How do I get paid?
Your commissions will be deposited into a prepaid debit card account. You can use the debit card or transfer the funds to your personal checking account.

Are there minimum sales requirements?

No. As soon as you purchase your Startup Kit, you will become a Concierge and will receive your website, samples, easel and email address. In order to become an “Active Concierge,” you need to obtain at least $500 in retail sales. As an Active Concierge, you will be listed on our website (under “Find a Concierge”) and will begin earning commission on your team sales.

Do I receive a discount on personal orders?
Yes! You will receive a 25% discount on all personal orders. In addition, throughout the year we will offer special incentives for earning new samples for your kit and gifts for you and your friends.

What if my customer sees something she likes on another website. Can I get that product for her?
Most likely. If we have an account with the manufacturer, it is likely that we can add it to our website. Just let us know the specific details (item number, manufacturer, etc). And, we are always looking for great designers, so if there's a product we don't know about, be sure to let us know!

Do you ever offer special sales or promotions?
Yes. Throughout the year, we will offer special incentives that you can offer to your customers. Free shipping, free return address and special promotions come up frequently from the manufacturers (and we like to have some of our own, too!)

Do I have to pay for credit card processing fees?
No! We take care of all processing fees and accounting for you. Nothing is deducted from your commission. You just sell your product and we take care of the rest.

Will I need to have inventory, or deliver products to my customers?

No! All orders are shipped directly from our vendors to your customers.

Can I host home parties or demonstrations?
Yes! We encourage you to have home parties, so your customers can look and feel the fantastic products that we offer.

Am I allowed to advertise my business and website?
Absolutely! You may create flyers and post advertisements, send email blasts, find fans on Facebook, etc. We provide images, templates, sample ads, and more that you can download from the 'sales tools' section of your website.
